Default Good News for Newspapers - Political Ads!

This July 26, 2007 Wall Street Journal article contains some very positive news for newspapers.
The author, KEVIN HELLIKER, includes quotes such as, "Newspapers are back," and "Recognition is growing that newspapers are highly effective and highly cost-effective," and "People who read newspapers vote in elections."

It is SO easy to picture this happening.

Political advertising is such a force in the TV industry that TV stations even change their sales goals based on whether it is an even numbered or an odd numbered year.

What an opportunity to make a difference on some of the revenue hits most newspapers have been taking!!!!
